OGR sei torino Forum

1,200 young entrepreneurs, students, experts and investors fond of technology, an ex-workshop and a school for young entrepreneurs: this is OGR-SEI Torino Forum.

It will be a unique event of its kind, designed for people who love innovation and entrepreneurship, which will see the participation of international guests of the highest level.

The OGR-SEI Torino Forum program

The Forum will open with a presentation given by Andrea Griva (Vice-chairman of SEI) and Massimo Lapucci (MD of OGR) which will be followed by Pioneer Demo Day 2019. This will be a very important moment for our students who, after 12 months of lessons and hard work, will present their innovative startups to experts and investors. And this is just the beginning.

An opportunity for exchange and comparison

The morning then come alive with the opening keynote by Fabiola Gianotti, italian physicist and DG of CERN, the largest research laboratory of particles in the world.

After her speech, we will give space to the debate with a round table moderated by Gemma Milne, entrepreneur and author of books on technology. The panel will be dedicated to innovation based on frontier technologies and will see the contributions of:

  • Stefano Buono: investor and founder an “unicorn”
  • Bjorn Tremmerie: venture capital manager of the European Investment Fund
  • Josh Wolfe: co-founder and chief operating officer of Lux Capital.

A great ending: Daniel Ek interview

But there’s more: the forum will go out “on a high” with an interview with Daniel Ek, Founder, President and CEO of Spotify; This exclusive interview will be conducted by John Elkann, President of the Fondazione Agnelli.

Giving 1200 deep-tech lovers the opportunity to spend a free day with 7 international guests seems ambitious, but it is not. It’s simply in SEI-style, School of Entrepreneurship & Innovation!
